Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and certificates included.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
